Located within the iconic building of La Royale Belge. Originally designed in 1969 by Stapels and Dufau, the place has undergone a remarkable transformation under the artistic direction of renowned artist Lionel Jadot.

We ask all guests to arrive at the hotel by 12pm on Thursday, Sept. 3 for lunch (or by 1:30 pm at the latest for the start of the conference), so please plan accordingly.

A taxi ride to MIX Brussels typically takes 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic. The estimated fare is between €20 and €30. You can hail a ride directly from the taxi rank outside the Midi station.

Arrival by Car
Parking your car at MIX Brussels is straightforward. MIX Brussels features a secured, underground onsite parking garage managed by Indigo. Head to Entrance B (Boulevard du Souverain 25/1).
Day Rate: €24 for 24 hours. Hourly Rate: €2.40 per hour (up to 10 hours), after which it remains free until the 24-hour mark.
If you arrive on Wednesday September 2nd
In case you arrive early on Wednesday September 2nd, the hotel proposes an early check-in, according to their availability, with an extra cost of €25 / person. If the room is available, you will have access at 9AM.

A few restaurant recommendations for the evening
- Al Piccolo Mondo — A long-standing Brussels institution located just off Avenue Louise. Established over 40 years ago, it is famous for its elegant atmosphere, its mix of classic Italian and French/Belgian fine cuisine, and traditional, attentive service provided by veteran staff.
- Au Vieux Saint Martin — A legendary, family-run brasserie in Brussels’ historic Sablon district. Famous for its warm atmosphere and classic Belgian comfort food, it is widely celebrated as the birthplace of the iconic Filet Américain (Belgian steak tartare) served with crispy fries. They operate on a walk-in-only basis, so you can simply show up and the staff will seat you as tables become available.
- De Hoef 1627 — One of the oldest and most authentic estaminets in Belgium. Run by the same family, this historic 300-year-old establishment is celebrated for its traditional Belgian-French cuisine, cozy fireplace setting, and exceptional meats grilled over an open wood fire.
- Belga Queen — An upscale, elegant restaurant in central Brussels, in a beautifully restored 18th-century bank building. Known for serving authentic Belgian cuisine and fresh seafood under a spectacular stained-glass ceiling.
- Kokuban — A popular, authentic Japanese restaurant in Brussels with locations near Avenue Louise and in the EU Quarter. Highly regarded for its fresh ramen, delicious gyoza, and specialty Japanese ice creams.

Located right on the edge of the Sonian Forest, MIX Brussels offers the perfect blend of nature and state-of-the-art wellness.
- Explore the Sonian Forest: Take a walk, hike, or rent a bike right behind the MIX building. Perfect for outdoor adventures and nature-spotting.
- Visit the Red Cloister Abbey (Abbaye du Rouge-Cloître): Located a short distance away, this historical site features lovely ponds, art exhibitions, and walking trails in a peaceful, natural environment.
- Domaine Solvay: A stunning 227-hectare English-style landscape park in La Hulpe, Belgium. It seamlessly merges with the Sonian Forest and is famous for its majestic trees, vast ponds, the historic Château de La Hulpe, and the Fondation Folon, which features hundreds of artworks by Belgian artist Jean-Michel Folon.
For the golfers who plan to stay for the weekend 
- Brussels Drohme Golf Club — Located just a few kilometers down the road in the Sonian Forest on the grounds of the former Hippodrome, this is a highly accessible 9-hole course right in the city’s backyard.
- Royal Golf Club of Belgium (Ravenstein) — Located in Tervuren (about 10–12 km away), this highly-rated 27-hole course is set in a beautiful beech forest and is considered one of the most prestigious in the country.
- Royal Waterloo Golfclub — Just slightly further out (about 18–20 km south) in Walloon Brabant, this renowned 45-hole facility sits next to the historic battlefield.
